Marvin J. Loiseau, Ed.DDean of Academic and Student Affairs
Dr. Marvin Loiseau began his tenure at the college in July 2011 and previously served as Dean of Recruitment. Before joining the college, he worked at Mount Ida College as Associate Dean of Undergraduate Admissions. He has higher education experience in undergraduate and graduate admissions, financial aid, and residence life through his roles at Mount Ida College, Babson College, and Suffolk University. He received his BA in Business Management from Mount Ida College, a Master’s Degree in Education from Suffolk University, and a Doctorate in Education from Northeastern University.

Gerald Elysee, PhDDirector of Faculty Affairs
Dr. Elysee Previously served as Program Chair for Health Information Technology here at Franklin Cummings Tech. In his new administrative role, Dr. Elysee will be responsible for onboarding and supporting faculty and will serve as liaison between the Office of Academic Affairs and all faculty. Dr. Elysee earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering at Pratt Institute, a second Bachelor of Science in Physical Science from St. John’s University, Master of Science in Management from Lesley University, and his PhD in Organization and Management with a specialization in Information Technology Management from Capella University.

Mozhgan HosseinpourDirector of Curriculum Development and Assessment
Mozhgan Hosseinpour is in her 36th year at the college and joined the Academic Affairs department as Director of Curriculum Development and Assessment in 2021. She also serves as Systems Manager for the implementation of SIS systems at Franklin Cummings Tech and oversees course scheduling, among the many activities in which she is involved. Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and a Compu Master Certificate in Computer Engineering Studies. Her experience includes the design, development, and implementation of training curricula for industrial companies such as CP CLARE, ALPHA , MA/Com and Tyco, Analog devices Industries.

Daniel Ibarrondo, JD, Ed.DAssociate Dean of Academic Affairs
Dr. Ibarrondo has executive oversight of the majors in the Center for Energy Efficiency and the Trades along with Continuing Education and Workforce Programs, the General Education department, and the new online Business Management Bachelor Degree program. He was previously the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at Cambridge College Global, where he spearheaded the development of the first-in-the-nation MBA program with a core concentration in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. Prior to working at Cambridge College Global, Dr. Ibarrondo was Associate Dean for Online Learning at Quincy College where he quadrupled projected enrollment goals from 400 with over 1700 online student registrations. Dr. Ibarrondo earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Puerto Rican Studies from Fordham University in Bronx NY, Juris Doctor from State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, an ED. S. (Education Specialist) in Bilingual and Bicultural Education from Seton Hall University and Ed. D. in Learning and Educational Technologies from Pepperdine University.

Natalie PatalanoDirector of Continuing Education and Workforce Programs
Natalie Patalano joined Franklin Cummings Tech in 2023. As Director for Continuing Education and Workforce Programs (CEWP), she is responsible for managing CEWP to grow both enrollment and revenue for short term training programs. Before coming to Franklin Cummings Tech, Natalie was an English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) educator and program director at the International Institute of New England (IINE). There, she taught advanced workforce English courses, developed curricula and digital literacy trainings, and administered the Massachusetts Department of Education’s Adult and Community Learning Services (ACLS) budget. Natalie has nine years of experience in nonprofit education, including teaching, instructional design, and career advising to support international students, immigrant populations, people of refugee status, and other underserved communities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Italian Language and Literature from Rhode Island College, which included study abroad at the Istituto Lorenzo de’ Medici in Florence, Italy, as well as a Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) through the Boston Academy of English. Natalie is nearing completion of a master’s degree in Media, Ethics, and Social Change with the University of Sussex, where she is researching the intersection of social justice strategy and digital technologies. Her greatest career joys come from engaging with new perspectives and serving educational initiatives that center on cultural humility and transformational learning opportunities.

Meredith Quinn, PhDAssociate Dean of Academic Affairs
Meredith Quinn oversees the following majors to meet their ambitious growth potential: Biotechnology, Computer Technology, and Opticianry. She collaborates with program chairs to ensure that Franklin Cummings Tech students are fully prepared for employment after graduation. Previously, she worked at Harvard University, where she served as Chief of Staff to the university’s provost, and head of strategy and academic programs for the Harvard Radcliffe Institute. She has also worked in higher ed strategy consulting, K-12 teacher recruitment, and management consulting. She holds an MBA from Stanford University and a PhD in History from Harvard.

Tammy SaylorProject Manager for the Center for Computing and Interdisciplinary Technology
Tammy Saylor joined the Center for Computing and Interdisciplinary Technology as a project manager, funded through the Google cybersecurity grant. She previously served as Operation Manager for CampusWell, a company that provides colleges with wellness resources. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Media Arts and Animation from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

Jazmyne TaylorAdministrative Assistant
Jazmyne Taylor joined the college in 2022. During her tenure, she has enhanced productivity in the Academic Affairs division by assisting with Curriculum Development and Assessment, Data Analytics, and Faculty Support. Jazmyne came to Franklin Cummings Tech from the retail industry, where she worked for seven years in progressive roles culminating as a supervisor. Whether as an individual contributor or manager, Jazmyne takes pride in prioritizing customer service and leveraging her detailed organizational skills.
